Holter pressure is a device that allows you to evaluate the constant trend of blood pressure over a period of time ranging from 24 to 48 hours.
This is a non-invasive test which involves the installation of a device consisting of a wire-free cuff, which inflates and deflates at regular intervals during the day in order to carry out various blood pressure measurements.
Once the examination time has passed, simply go to the pharmacy again to disassemble the device and subsequently send the data to the specialist doctor.
In addition to having value for sporting purposes, the Holter Pressure represents a test of fundamental importance in the monitoring of hypertensive patients and at the same time an exam for diagnostic and preventive purposes in case of unstable arterial hypertension and syncope.

It represents a valid test in case of: sporting activity, obstructive and restrictive diseases of the lungs, screening for smokers and in case of checks following infectious diseases relating to the respiratory system.

Cardiac Holter

The installation of the Cardiac Holter allows you to evaluate the electrical activity of the heart over a period of time ranging from 1 to 5 days, thus allowing you to record a continuous trace in order to diagnose any alterations relating to cardiac activity.
This is a non-invasive test which requires the pharmacist to position the device on the chest. Once installed and started, this will constantly record the electrical activity of the heart and highlight any anomalies in the heart rhythm.
At the end of the exam the patient will have to go back to the pharmacy to proceed with dismantling the device and finally the data obtained will be sent to the specialist doctor who will provide a diagnosis of the trace in approximately 24 hours.
It represents a useful test not only from a preventive or sporting perspective, but also for all those patients undergoing therapy who need periodic cardiac checks.

ECG

Tele-reporting of the exam also allows the issuing of a certificate of non-competitive sporting suitability and is useful not only in the diagnostic and preventive field, but also in the monitoring of patients already undergoing therapy.
